Donard-Kilkenny (84 km)


I was still from the experience the day before, so I didn't push myself. Fortunatly it didn't rain at all that day. I took some of the large national-roads to Kilkenny, but they had al large shoulders and it wasn't a problem to get there. The landscape was nice, but not spectaculair, just the usual Irish rolling hills. In Kilkenny I had my first real meal since I arrived in Ireland, at the local 'Super Mac' (I also saw 'Burger Mac' somewhere, but it's really hard to find a Mac D. or a Burger King ;-) )
